Tania Gough, Director
Tania has held a range of human resource management and consultancy roles in the New Zealand public and private sectors in the last twenty years. Her areas of expertise include individual skills coaching, team development and group facilitation, strategic HR consultancy, design and development of HR frameworks, employment relations and change management. Tania has extensive experience working with organisational teams facilitating goal setting, problem solving and team building. She regularly facilitates the Navigator Leadership Development Programme at Outward Bound.
Tania is an accredited Team Management Systems (TMI) consultant, DISC accredited and certified in the Lominger Leadership Architect suite of tools.
The Savvy at Work Programme teaches new professionals excellent work skills that will provide a foundation for the rest of their careers. The programme is ideal for graduates or people in their first few years of work. The programme is appropriate for all work environments (including small and large organisations) and all professions.
