Generational Differences in the Workplace
The generational differences in our workplaces can cause conflict within working relationships, lower productivity, and increase staff turnover. More seasoned staff can become frustrated by a seemingly over-confident younger generation. Younger staff can become disengaged with hierachal structures and systems.
Those in the middle can become frustrated with everyone!
